visit this hidden historic village in south fl πΏπ«π¦
π Cauley Square Historic Village (founded in 1903- it showcases Old Florida)
ποΈ Free to visit & park
πΏ We started by exploring the gardens weaving through the small shops & saw soooo many peacocks
π―οΈ We popped in the French perfumery & everything smelt amazing. Itβs a family-owned spot (they also have a location in France) and he makes everything right here in the store. We got some after sun lotion 𧴠and the owner gave us a free bar of soap π₯Ή
π« We had brunch in Tea Room at Cauley Square which is such a cute spot with teas, finger sandwiches & a regular menu, as well
π» Iβd also highly recommend stopping in the antique store. The owner buys old pieces (like cellos or radios or frames) and makes light fixtures with them- it was so cool.
πͺ¨ Next time Iβm back, I want to check out the salt caves here! They look so relaxing π
