It’s my third time under the K Bridge this summer. I came for Walker & Royce — the event of the weekend. Totally different crowd than the last times I went (granted, those were during Pride Month). Venue is amazing… crowd was decent. We started speed-walking toward the stage, weaving through the crowd, but the moment we got there I knew we had to turn back. At raves, crowd energy is everything. And when it’s a sea of frat alumni types fighting for barrier space, that’s not really my jam 😬. Peak vibes were definitely center-back — enough space to move, better energy, and I could actually get lost in the music.🕺 The event ran from 4 to midnight. My tip: show up around 8, leave by 11:30 to beat the uber surge pricing (unless you somehow have the leg stamina to walk to the L after all your dancing) and end on a high note.
