I’m not gymnastically athletic – like, I could never even do monkey bars – but I found it rather easy to fall forward into the wind tunnel so I could fly. 🥽 My group was supplied with goggles so we can see while you’re in the wind tunnel. The optional earplugs were also used. 🩼 There are, of course, some safety risks associated with indoor skydiving. ChatGPT ran some data and told me indoor skydiving with iFly is 70% safer than regular skydiving, and it showed most injury incidences occurred in the Illinois locations. You shouldn’t try indoor skydiving if you’re pregnant, if you’ve ever dislocated a shoulder, or if you have significant back pain. 👀 It turns out that you aren’t really allowed to take phone recordings of your flight if you’re in a flight suit. This is likely because they want to sell you the footage and photos they take, which are all horizontal. 🛍️ When you’re finished flying, you can purchase a discounted flight package to use in the future or to gift to someone else.
