ok I am usually very skeptical of extremely hyped places… but I happened to walk by Salswee when there was no line and decided to pop in.
🥭 I am more of a savory gal so did not try their viral hyper realistic pastries like the orange, mango, etc. (I will next time though because those are their signature items after all..!) They really were works of art though!! Beautiful to look at in person 🤩
🪑 Some seating, but probs about 7-8 tables max and packed
🥐 Ordered a plain croissant and it was excellent - flaky, not overkill on the butter, and tasted freshly baked
🍤 Took home a wild sounding “cheese avocado shrimp” croissant - pretty good
🖤 The black sesame latte was one of the best ones I’ve had in a while!! Nutty but not sweet and a black sesame cold foam type thing that was just delishhhh
💸 Pricey for some things but in line with other bakeries of this hype and perhaps even on the slightly cheaper side I think?
🙅🏽♀️ Still would never wait in a long line for a baked good but I def recommend if you happen to walk by and have been thinking of checking it out!
