Solstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga! Sold out online but walk-ins welcome on 46th/Broadway. Every year to celebrate summer solstice, Time Square offers a day of free outdoor yoga! I love getting to do yoga in a place that is usually off limits - such a fun and unique experience to look around and be surrounded by billboards. The instructors have also always been amazing! I have attended 3 of the past 5 years. They provide water and the yoga mats - just bring yourself! After the class, there are also a TON of freebies handed out - Gaiam Water Bottle, Ryze: lattes, yoga mat towel, chai/matcha/coffee samples, tote bag, stickers, magnets, Smart Water Bottles, BetterAlt honey samples, Yoga Magazine, Yogurt, Celsius, Muscle Maker.
