Another work day in the city = another night at Y7! This time I took their WeFlowHARD class and I loved it (as usual)! Caitlin B has become one of my fave instructors, she teaches from such a knowledgeable and inspiring place. You can tell she knows a lot about the way our human bodies work and what movements are good for them She definitely teaches an advanced class where she calls the movements and students follow from the vocal instruction (vs visual). So I’d recommend taking a few other classes first at another studio (that keeps the lights on and has an instructor demo’ing the moves) before jumping right into this one!
