Wendella Boats offers a Wine and Cheese Cruise from July to September. The whole experience is about 2 hours but can vary with docking (we were very lucky to get to go back up and down the river to allow time for boats to move from the dock). Tickets are $70 and are worth every cent. You will be given a box with a variety of different cheeses and crackers along with a sheet that tells you which pair well with each wine you will be tasting. You get to try a handful of different wines, and they all tasted wonderful. The view definitely helped though. You will take a cruise down the river and out onto the lake! This is a great activity for visitors but also for locals. I mean who doesn’t love a good skyline sunset view?? Go when it’s warm so you can enjoy the nice breeze 🍷 🧀
