Trampoline Workout Class @ The Ness
I took a trampoline workout class at the Ness through S’more and it was such a fun (and intense) workout!
It was everyone’s first class in the class I attended which definitely helped since some of the moves required a lot of choreography. The first 25 min of the class is jumping on the trampoline, and the second 25 min is toning and strength!
I truly had so much and Quincy was a great instructor. The first class is free at certain times during the week!
There’s only one bathroom so I would come dressed in workout clothes ahead of time. Otherwise it’s a beautiful studio and I heard they might expand the studio in the future! Would definitely come back.
