🍽️DISHES ORDERED
《Spicy Salmon Tartare》
crispy rice | avocado | sriracha | nori
This was my favorite dish of the meal. The texture of the salmon paired beautifully with the crispy rice, and the level of spice was well-balanced—not overpowering.
《Cinnamon Sugar Donuts》
I found the donuts to be a bit lacking in cinnamon flavor, but I appreciated that the hot fudge dipping sauce had a balanced sweetness and wasn't overly sweet.
《Vanilla Bean French Toast》
crème brûlée battered caramelized bananas | candied orange mascarpone
Per my friend, the French toast was not dry despite the thickness of the bread. It was flavorful throughout.
《Benedict Johnny》
cheddar cornbread | maple chicken sausage | poached eggs | hollandaise
An interesting twist on the traditional Eggs Benedict. While the cornbread base was well-executed, I personally prefer the classic texture and flavor of an English muffin. The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce were both excellent. However, the maple chicken sausage lacked depth of flavor and wasn’t to my taste.
《Home Fries》
Crispy and well flavored.

The restaurant had a casual & welcoming atmosphere, & our server was very friendly. We were offered both sparkling and still water upon being seated. However, the noise level inside was quite high, making it difficult to hear the waitress or even my friend seated next to me. On a day with nice weather, the outdoor seating area would likely provide a much more enjoyable dining experience. I would certainly return to try their Steak & Eggs, Grilled Sandwich, and Spicy Salmon Tartare again.
