I’m so outdated. Last week, after I finished my breakfast at Little Ruby’s, I saw a line of this Apollo Bagel and thought there was a new popular bagel I needed to try. So, I tried it. Very good, but very expensive—$15-16 each for the salmon bagel and the whitefish salad cucumber bagel. The salmon bagel follows a traditional recipe, but there’s a lemon flavor to it, which I like. I tried it, and now I think I’m trending. I need to post about it on S’more. I simply searched it, and I saw a lot of posts about it. Most of them were from March. Ok, I’m still an outdated person. The most important info I can provide is the latest on the queue situation. Not too many people on weekday mornings, but still a long line near noon, especially on weekends. Try buying it on a weekday before 9:30, just like I did. No line at that time, and you can get your order in 10 minutes. I hate waiting in line, so I’m always outdated. This is me.
