Hey Animal Crossing lovers! Did you know that the Calm Painting can be found at the Art Institute of Chicago? This painting is located on the 2nd floor of the Art Institute. You can see the people all relaxing on the grass. What surprised me is that is you look very closley at the lady on the right, she has a pet monkey! What I love about revisiting this painting is that you can find things that you never realised in the first place. The painting is actually HUGE in real life. Because this is a famous painting, there was a pretty big crowd when I went to see this again on the weekend. It is recommended to try to visit when it is less crowded, such as a weekday. The museum offers discounts for Chicago and Illinois residents. There are also free days offered, so check out the website to make sure you can take advantage of the deals!
