we are making our NYC bucket list and checking out this view at Darling Rooftop within Park Lane Hotel had to be on it. It really was BREATHTAKING. The only place I know with this view of Central Park! Happy to finally experience it for ourselves! 📍Darling Rooftop - 59th b/t 5th & 6th BIRCH OLD FASHIONED ($24) - sweet because of the molasses. I really liked it! Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Molasses, Sweet Birch, Sarsaparilla Root, Black Cherry Wood LIMONADA DE COCO ($12) - I really liked this mocktail! The sparkling water added a fun twist. Lime Juice, Coconut, Mint, Sparkling Water Cocktails are rooftop prices though, $24 a drink. You are paying for the view. Also there are a ton of tables with absolutely no view /: You can still get up and take pictures and look but kind of disappointing! CHEF'S SELECTION OF AGED CHEESES & CURED MEATS ($38) - again, maybe overpriced but hit the spot! Honeycomb, Marcona Almonds, Crackers
