My brothers and I went to this new ice cream place in the East Village that was soooo cool! You order a scoop but can’t pick which flavor, and they make your ice cream in the back before serving it up through the window - and the flavor is a surprise! All our flavors were really good and it’s a fun gimmick. We got one that was definitely pandan, another was some type of melon, and we have no idea what the other is. The flavors are mostly Asian-inspired from what we could tell, but there are some weird ones in there like pickle. A couple that ordered ahead of us said the flavor they got was spicy, so you never know what you could get! Overall this was super fun and the ice cream was pretty good.
