I don’t normally go to pizza restaurants but this place was definitely worth it! They recently opened up in Atlanta Sandy springs (I think another location is opening soon in buckbead). They are known for their star shaped pizza so we got the “star luca.” The pizza itself was not bad but I love the texture of the star crust. It’s filled with cheese yet it doesn’t feel greasy. We also got the “Claudio” which had burrata stracciatella cheese and truffle oil. I wasn’t completely sure what the waiters were saying but they use fresh cheese after placing the pizza comes out of the oven, so it’s a cooler pizza dish and recommended to eat as soon as it comes out. This was my favorite of the 2 pizza. The truffle was so aromatic and it blended so well with the cheese. I would say, maybe it is recently opened, but the line was popping off for a Monday dinner. We got there around 6:00pm and had to wait 30mins. Even when we came out, there were still a lot of people waiting. Parking is not too hard to find, but it can still be a bit limited. First 2 hours is free then you would have to pay.
