Yesterday I attended this incredible micro summit about the spiritual importance of water- including a panel, sound bath, reki session in a Himalayan salt room, breath work, cocao session, mediation and movement party. Water women! Celebrating water and the earth and our connection to it and each other. I posted the flyer as the last picture It was the most wonderful and welcoming and spiritual and thoughtful environment- lack of judgement and a place to contemplate. The people were so incredibly warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend looking at the events at Gaia nomaya in Brooklyn- this water women event already happened but i know that the space hosts lots of spiritual events and yoga with similar feelings of self improvement and healing. There is a cafe in the front which I didn’t try but I hear has good food- we were in the back space which included a Himalayan salt room, a crystal room, and a place where there was a stage for our breath work and body work teachers could present.
