What drew me to Skin Laundry was how it described itself as a “medical company”, with a team of registered nurses performing the treatment. I tried skin laundry $50 first timer special, and they performed the signature treatment with red laser. They first gave me a headband to pull all the hair away from my face, then took pics under good lighting to document progress. The entire process was very quick, 20min? I was a bit nervous bc it’s a laser treatment but they guided me through and it only felt a bit warm, nothing else. They mentioned you’ll see results only after a few treatments. And they were right - I don’t see much difference the next day. So all in all, I felt neutral about the results after one try. The customer service is great though, and everyone was very patient answering questions.
