The Museum of Natural History hosts engaging lectures on a wide range of topics on the first Wednesday of every month. The one I attended in May was all about sea slugs and the fascinating research being done on them. I'm not a scientist by any means, but I still learned a ton! You don’t need any background knowledge to enjoy the experience—it’s a fun and low-key way to do something a little different on a weekday night. 💰 Cost: Totally free but be sure to book in advance—tickets go quickly! The event is after hours so museum admission is not needed, however I believe if you arrive early, you are able to walk around a bit! 🍹 Drinks: Each lecture comes with a themed drink, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
