Guys. We did it!🥰 I’ll admit it - I was hesitant to check off this bucket list experience. I was worried that the rink would be too crowded and it would be over hyped. I am so happy to say I was wrong, it was so so worth it! Here’s some tricks that I think made our experience so positive: *Buy tickets ahead of time. We bought our tickets about 2 weeks in advance. They use dynamic pricing depending on the day and time you go. That being said, going on a Monday at 9 AM did save us some money, even though it was the Monday before Christmas Eve. *Speaking of that - go on a weekday and as early as possible. When we arrived at our skate time, I would say it was just as crowded as a typical ice skating rink. When we left at 10 AM, the locker section was packed in with people. The skates were surprisingly not so bad! I appreciated that they did not have laces, just a band that snapped in. We were able to put our belongings in a locker which is a must in my opinion. All of this (skate rental and locker) were included with our tickets. Btw - these images were taken by Corie Wade Photography (we love her!)
