The Art Museum of Art at the Rhode Island School of Design, otherwise known as RISD, is the perfect place to spend an afternoon with your family/friends or even on a date. During my last travels to Providence, RI, my boyfriend and I made sure to add this to our itinerary because of the museums popularity and reputation. Not too mention, it’s the 20th largest art museum in the entire country and we are suckers for a great museum. We were not disappointed, it truly was very big and time consuming, and there were so many lovely exhibits. While tickets are generally $22, there are 2 opportunities to go for FREE weekly! The admission is free on Thursdays from 5-8pm, and on Sundays from 10-5pm! I highly recommend checking this out, it’s a wonderful stop for anyone that loves art! 🎨🖼️✨📸
