I’ve only done yoga sober until yesterday. What a difference! Ticket includes the mat and blocks. They even lend you a Pax vape to try out! They have complimentary flower for you to use too, but the THC is low. Tickets (edit: At Culture House) are very affordable (under $8 after taxes) or even free sometimes! Emily is the instructor. She is very detail oriented and so kind! She even incorporated a puff into one of the warrior poses! You have time before yoga begins to smoke, but you’re allowed to during the session anyway. I honestly felt like I was back at playtime during nursery school—I was able to follow along or do my own thing. It was so liberating! I can’t wait for the next one! 💚💚💚
