I tried out the perspire studio in Williamsburg INTRO $40 deal (usually $75 for one session) and it was an amazing experience. First of all it’s a private sauna, which is really nice as a lot of public saunas can get crowded making it hard to relax. These saunas also have red light therapy and you could change the color depending on what health benefits you want. The best part is though it is synced with speakers built-in so you don’t need to bring your phone and risk it getting damaged, the speakers connect to a smart TV you can connect to streaming services Netflix, Disney, Max, YouTube anything you want made the hour go by really quickly. PRO TIP: At the end there is a of cold plunge therapy shower available (typically up charge $15 for this) but for first sessions you can get it include for no extra cost. Cold water blasts for 2 min straight but you can move out of the way if it gets too much. I felt rejuvenated after the hot and cold combination
