stumbled upon this super cool rooftop bar atop the Parc Hotel in Flushing. It’s called The Compass and has a tiki bar vibe with a Pirates of the Caribbean theme amongst their cocktails. we personally tried the Corsair (named after one of the pirate lords of the franchise) and the Calypso. their mixologists put such care and craft into making these drinks! and they were delicious with such interesting flavors and hints. also their glassware is so cute! we also got to observe the owners and mixologists play around with crafting new cocktail menu items. really enjoyed this place and hope to come back to try some more of their drinks.
