Each surprise bag contains 4 to 6 cookies. According to the staff at my local Chip City, they usually prepare about 4 Too Good To Go bags each day. Given that each cookie normally retails for $5.50 and the Too Good To Go bag costs $6.99, I think this is a fantastic deal.
