The Puppy Sphere NYC is a fun yoga session with cute little puppies. The ladies working there were super kind and inviting although I missed my original appointment they allowed me to come for a later time that day. They are very good with getting the puppies to engage and allow them a break when they need it. They give wellness shots before and offer beverages after the class is over. There is also the option to not do the yoga and just ply with the pups if you’d like. They allow everyone to stay a while after to play with the pups as well. It made for a great girls day activity 10/10 experience.
