Paperfish Sushi in Miami Beach serves delicious sushi in a trendy atmosphere without being overly upscale or posh. My partner and I ate here for happy hour because we knew we enjoy eating at the Brickell location of Paperfish Sushi.
I noticed the menu varied slightly from the Brickell locationās menu. My favorite nigiri from the Brickell location, Asana (torched avocado over rice), wasnāt on the menu. But most of the menu was similar.
Happy hour specials included a lot of drinks, sushi, and appetizers. The sushi was not a regular menu portion size, and made sense for its price point.
The best specialty sushi roll, ebi katsu, was on the regular menu. It has a little bit of lime, and itās delicious. I get it every time. Itās $19 and shown in the first photo of this post.
Be sure to save this for your next trip to Miami Beach. š«
