The shoes heat up and compress, felt awkward at first but then I walked around fine in them. Once you remove them your feet feel amazing! You can try the vest which has hot or cold settings. I prefer cold cause it feels refreshing. There are also massage chairs and the newest hypervolt massage guns. Everyone was super nice! Also, there was juice upstairs, and also the new Nike weights.
