I’m serious about finding the best spots in Williamsburg, and this time, we’re talking 🥐 BAKERIES 🥐. The rule: We’re NOT including Radio Bakery because everyone loves it (including me, LMAO). You can go, but be prepared to wait forever. After weeks of "research" (aka eating a lot of pastries), here are my new top three ⬇️ 📍 Nick + Sons Bakery Currently my 1 favorite!!! I always stop by before climbing in the morning. You can watch them bake everything fresh right in front of you, and the variety is insane. You’ll find every kind of pastry imaginable. My faves: grapefruit danish & blueberry scone. Bonus: huge space, so you can actually sit inside. 📍 La Bicyclette Bakery Famous for their super fresh, super filling danishes—I’d come back anytime. The only downside? No seating, takeout only. Also, their baguettes are a big deal—you’ll see a lot of people grabbing one. 📍 Paloma Coffee & Bakery If you love creative pastries, this is your spot. Think of them as the sweeter version of Radio Bakery (and they’re not far from each other). I got a caramel crust pastry with chestnut filling—literally perfect. Love sitting by the window, chatting with friends & people-watching. I put in real effort for this list, so you better save this post. (I am your toxic ex 😈)
