I love renting citibikes in South Beach and riding along the beach. You can either rent them at the citibike kiosks or download the Citibike Miami app. I believe it was ~$10 for an hour with each additional hour being a cheaper add on. There is a bike path that basically goes the entire way of the beach and there are multiple docking stations along the way.
