Red Hook Winery is a cute little gem tucked between warehouses in Red Hook, Brooklyn. While it’s a bit tough to get to, it’s definitely worth adding to your Red Hook itinerary. They have a few different options to choose from: - Walk in and order wine by the glass, bottle, or flight. This is what we did and the flights were a great way to try a few different wines. I was so excited that they had an Orange Wine flight and everything was pretty tasty! It was really easy to walk in since the weather is still pretty cool out but I imagine this will be harder as it gets warmer. - A la Carte Reservation for 90 minutes for $20 per guest, which is then used as a credit for your bill. Since flights are a little less than this you would probably need to be planning to drink a bit more or add snacks. But atleast this guarantees your table! - Private Tasting Experience for ~60 Minutes for $45 per guest. Includes tasting of 6 different wines, lots of info both the winery, and 10% off any other purchases. Other options: They have lovely outdoor spaces for the warmer months to enjoy views of the east river and lady liberty. You can also book a private tour of their facility to learn more about their process. They also have a cidery a block away with even better water views and similar reservation options (I’ll definitely be trying this next!) Details: Glasses of wine ranged in price from $15-$18 dollars and a flight is $18. Bottles were mostly around $40 but went up to $60. My only wish is that they had better views from inside with such price waterfront real estate! Have you tried any of there wines and what did you think?
