Little Hen: The Brunch Edition
I don’t usually post about the same place twice, but brunch at Little Hen absolutely deserves its own moment—it was that good.
Here’s what we ordered and how I felt about each bite:
- Egg White Frittata: Packed with veggies, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Light but super satisfying.
- Cheddar-Stuffed Potato Hash Brown: I’ve never had anything like this before. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside—exactly how a hash brown should be. Pure comfort food.
- Belgian Chocolate Croissant: A literal dream for chocolate lovers. Flaky, rich, and indulgent without being too heavy.
- Rose Petal Pancakes: Their signature dish and the star of the show for me. The rose water-infused maple syrup was so good, my friend and I didn’t even hesitate—we poured the whole cup over the pancakes. Completely obsessed.
- Rose Milk Latte: The latte was a little disappointing. Though it looked pretty, it really lacked in flavor. I might as well have been drinking plain milk. I do appreciate the waitress for giving it to us on the house!
Already planning my return trip—mainly just to get my hands on those rose petal pancakes again.
