Okay, I was NOT ready for how good this class was. Kilates is like if kickboxing and Pilates had a badass, super-fit baby—and then that baby grew up and became zen AF.
First off, the kickboxing part? So satisfying. Punching and kicking while feeling like a total powerhouse. Then, just when my arms and legs were about to give up, we switched to Pilates, and suddenly, my muscles were shaking in a whole new way. But instead of dying, I weirdly felt stronger? Like, who knew abs and booty work could actually feel kinda…good?
And THEN, just when I thought we were done, the lights dimmed, sage filled the air, and 528 Hz sounds started playing. I don’t know what kind of magic that frequency is working, but I left feeling like I just had a full-body reset—stronger, stretched out, and somehow, way more at peace.
