If you are on Long Island and are looking to get tatted, I highly recommend Ink Buster Tattoo (about an hour outside the city). My Aunt and Uncle have sleeves of Disney tats (the latter pics), and absolutely love this place, so when I wanted to get my first tattoo (the dog pic), I absolutely made the trip! Ink Buster Tattoo makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire experience. I wanted my scars covered up and am super scared of needles and they made sure I was comfy, liked the artwork, and didn’t force me to sit for a super long time to get the piece done. They worked with me at my pace, eased my anxiety, and I was so happy throughout the entire process. They are also reasonably priced (so much more reasonable than places in Manhattan). Included with the price of the tattoo is also free touch-ups for life! Similarly, they go over how to properly take care of the tattoo once finished, and the place itself is super clean and pristine. All of the artists have years of experience, and specialize in multiple styles, more than what I’m showing here. They also do piercings as well. I highly recommend checking out all of the artist’s portfolios on the website if you are interested. They won’t tattoo or pierce minors, even with parental permission. You must be 18+.
