The Ice Skating Rink at Bryant Park is open until March 2nd! As a pro tip, ice skating is free if you bring your own skates :) just need to register for a ticket ahead of time. You have around an hour to ice skate, and it does get pretty crowded. We went on a Friday night and there were a ton of people, however it has definitely become less busy after the holidays. If you are able to visit during the week day, that would be ideal so you can skate with less people around. It was really pretty at night with all the Christmas lights!
