I tired out a newly opened gym “Action Black” in Tribeca using ClassPass. I took their signature class “Savage Bootcamp”. It is a HIIT training combing running and strength training. Each interval is 4 minutes work + 1 minute break, switching between treadmill and strength bench.
The staff there is also super nice. I booked the class at 5pm on Wednesday and it ended up to be a 1-1 session because only me signed up. 😆
It is quite intense. I guess every workout with “Bootcamp” in its name can be assumed intensive lol. If you like me are used to HIIT or any other intensive workout. I would definitely recommend it.
