I have been going to Y7 for Hot Yoga for the past year and really enjoy it. It’s definitely a bit more high paced than a normal yoga class which fits right into the NYC lifestyle. I have come to love this hip hop high intensity style! They also offer deals throughout the year to get discounted classes - I ended up getting a 45 pack that comes to ~$11 a class! They are also on classpass!
