My friends and I went to Lafayette Grand Bakery and Cafe because they got so popular on social media for their Supreme Croissant. It’s essentially just a croissant in a round shape with various creamy fillings. Was it worth the hype? IMO, absolutely not 🥲 for us to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a rock hard croissant with zero flake. The fillings we got were chocolate, pistachio, and berry, and they were all mediocre at best. Maybe it’s just the batch we got that wasn’t the freshest but for $10 per croissant, I definitely expected more. Rating 1/10 🥐 overhyped, underwhelming, would not return for it :(
