I enjoyed a stunning hike two weeks ago at Ken Lockwood Gorge. Parking was fairly easy, and you are immediately within the deep gorge a walking alongside a noisy, babbling river. River hikes are my absolute favorite! I love the sound of the rushing water and admiring the wildlife. This hike was no exception- I got several photos of birds like the one pictured, which I think might be a heron!
