Such a fun way to unwind after a day at work. Instructor was AMAZING and so educated on yoga, mindfulness, and cannabis! I learned so much! Alta was also a great safe space and women owned dispensary. High Yoga also hosts events at other dispensaries across the city too - definitely would go back!
