We went to Happy Medium for the first time since seeing it on social media. The location is a bit out of the way but the studio itself was so awesome - there were 2 floors so it was very spacious and it felt like a very creative space. There were 4 of us and we all chose to do something different - I went with Paint a Pot! There were a good selection of ceramics you can choose from (mostly cups, bowls, flower jars, jewelry boxes etc). You just pick one and they give you the paint to use. There was a 2 hour time limit and it flew by but we all managed to complete our pieces in time. 🎨 This was a really fun event but the only bad thing I could say about it is the steep pricing. I thought paint a pot was $28 just like the other options but there was an additional $32 fee for the pot itself and the firing service. So in total i almost paid $100 for the 2 of us which is very expensive 😭 Overall, I think it’s such a great experience but definitely out of my budget. And because of this, I unfortunately likely will not return as I am able to recreate the same experience at home. Rating 8.5/10 🎨 Super fun but super expensive!
