I wanted to try Eggcellent Soufflé Pancake (📍135-15 40th Rd, Flushing) for a while, and to my surprise they were having a promotion for their 5 year anniversary—buy one get one free for EVERYTHING! They’re so tasty and FLUFFY!! I got the matcha and tiramisu one, but my friend got the crème brûlée and IT WAS AMAZING, so I definitely suggest that one 😋 The pancakes were 💸 $16 (I got one for free) but they also sell sweet and savory bubble waffles ($7-$9) and egg puffs ($3). It’s a small place so it feels very cozy and the staff is friendly too! Would go again to try other stuff! 🙂‍↔️
