There’s a charming dessert and light fare spot at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL that I like visiting when I crave something sweet while at the casino. I’m not certain it even has a name, as I haven’t been able to find one. I know it isn’t the alcohol-infused ice cream place, Aubi & Ramsa. I have too many photos I wanna share, so this post is focused on just the gelato. 🍦 The gelato is fairly good. It doesn’t taste like gelato in Italy - something about the texture is off from good gelato - but it can be a real refresher if you’ve been out at the hotel pool for a hot Florida afternoon. There are about 10-12 flavors to choose from. ⏰ My only qualm is that this dessert/lunch-y place closes early. I wanna say, like, 9:30ish pm. I think they could make much more money if they stayed open later. 💵 You CAN use the rewards points you’ve earned on your casino Unity card to pay for items here, but the cost here might be a 2:1 ratio. So if you’ve earned $10 of credits you can spend on dining or the gift shop, then it might only be worth $5 here. 🔍 You’ll find this between Council Oak Steaks and Rise Kitchen & Deli, not far from the hotel pool, but far enough away from the smoky air around the slots machines. 👯‍♂️ Side note: idk why there are kids in the third photo. Don’t bring your kids to the hard rock hotel/casino.
