Hi hi! I have a membership at the Furnace in Bay Ridge and took the FAB — furnace abs and booty class today! I really recommend coming here. U sweat your ass off in an 100 degree room and it’s an intense 45 minutes of working out. definitely take Liidia’s classes when u come here! She’s the best instructor!
