I recently had a mid week crisis and needed to destress after a long day at work so I decided to go gallery hopping! @thirstygallerina on Instagram posts a list of gallery openings from Thursday - Saturday every week so I took a look and went on my way. I never knew so many galleries existed in the city and it was such a happy surprise to discover many creative and unique artists showcasing their work. I ended up walking around the Tribeca neighborhood and visited three galleries but I know there were many more in multiple different neighborhoods! Some of the galleries were also giving out wine and drinks to their guests so this could easily turn into a fun and light weeknight out. I love discovering new galleries and seeing all the ways people present their art so let me know if you check out any interesting galleries in the city!
