A truly 420 friendly experience! Held inside of a 🍃 lounge (MetroBud NYC) in LES, is a comfortable third space for smokers to relax and socialize in a judgement free zone. Tried and True partnered with High Yoga NYC to give a truly relaxing yoga session that focused on deep breathing. The community had people very knowledgeable about strains and are conscious of the limitations of being a stoner in modern day society. They hold regular classes (2x a week) and are open to all levels no matter your yoga experience. It is definitely a spot I’d visit again and a perfect third space for those who partake.
