Form + Flow is my local yoga studio and I love the classes there. It’s a cozy neighborhood studio, and they have two locations, one by the waterfront in Hunter’s Point and one in Queensbridge. A single class is $30, but if you purchase a class pack or membership it’s cheaper per class! They also have a program called the Karma Yogi program, and if you work a shift (checking people in), then you can take unlimited classes and bring friends as well! I know a few other studios in NY that have this system as well (Modo Yoga), and it’s a good way to save on fitness costs but still have a membership.
