Food Baby Brooklyn (Instagram @ foodbaby.bklyn) organizes a monthly Cookbook Club in New York. Each one selects a cookbook and participants are assigned a recipe from the cookbook and share! You have the option to cook by yourself or pair up with someone. It was amazing meeting people who love cooking, baking and eating as much as I do! This one featured cookbook Kismet, which featured bold Mediterranean flavors and vegetable-centric California cuisine. I partnered with someone to make latkes with sour cream and homemade apple sauce! I loved being able to make one dish and eat like 30+ things!!
