Was able to experience this floral and chocolate pairing through S’more’s Tried and True 😊 The pairing class is held in the Raaka Warehouse in Red Hook (love local businesses!) and led by a great instructor who talked us through the chocolate making process and the tasting experience. We tasted three different chocolates from the Dominican Republic, Tanzania, and Uganda, as well as floral teas sourced from the Qi (another local NY brand - loved how the floral teas had the whole dried flower!) Overall it was a lovely experience that I would recommend, as well as their other experiences - especially their bean to bar class (making a chocolate bar from scratch). Also highly recommend the Raaka chocolate bars, they were all so yummy and unique. The instructor told us they are available @ Whole Foods 🍫
