    Free Open Day Orientation Workout!!! It’s about half the length as a real class and you are guided by a video. There are many TVs so you can see from all angles. The instructor is able to walk around and give guided feedback. The focus was on Abs triceps and calf’s . It was exactly what I expected. Not extremely hard, but still a workout!!
