The long wait didn’t deter me from wanting to come back to this amazing spot. Not sure about anyone else but I hate making pancakes, they never come out right. These pancakes were delicious, both the strawberry shortcake stack and blueberry were soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. Probably wouldn’t go back for a non-pancake breakfast simply because it was pretty pricey for the plate and I do feel like the pancakes are more worth it (I can make eggs at home!). The bacon though was super crispy and crunchy, so I’d probably get that again. Their coffee is really good and strong, and they have fresh juices and smoothies as well. Definitely expect to wait on the weekends as this place is small and gets packed.
