F45 for a great workout (400 calories burned)
I went to the F45 Lincoln Square South location for a Saturday morning workout. It was so tough but such a great experience, my Apple Watch says I burned almost 400 calories in 50 minutes. I booked through ClassPass but they have good deals for new members too.
It’s a HIIT style workout with exercises that emphasize both cardio and strength. I did the West Hollywood workout which had 27 stations that you rotate through twice. First round for 45 seconds each, second round for 35 seconds each, with a 15 second break. Because you are constantly moving, your heart rate is elevated throughout. The exercises varied from curls to row machine to squats. Such a good workout!
